Bolton as part of Caledon
The Town of Caledon is a collection of villages and hamlets, both rural and suburban communities. Ward 5 (Bolton) is located in the south-east corner of the Town of Caledon. Almost half of Caledon's population lives here in Bolton.
Bolton has various recreational amenities including parks, trails, a Town-run recreation centre, sport fields, arena and fairgrounds. The community is supported by a number of churches, a library, schools, social clubs, medical and dental offices. Residents enjoy shopping, restaurants and a fairly new movie theatre. There is a wide array of employment opportunities making Bolton a sustainable community.
Bolton residents demonstrate warm community spirit making it a wonderful place to live, work and play. I encourage you to become engaged in Bolton's future.
Ward 5 (Bolton) has the potential of becoming an even more integral part of Caledon. Bolton will continue to face various issues relating to its sustainability, viability and growth over the next four years.
